Learn Canvas across language boundaries

A review written in another language can still help identify the scope of a programming resource. Distinguish the reviewer’s opinion from the code examples and verify technical terms in the context of the actual API.

When studying examples, keep variable names and comments understandable to you. Translate explanations carefully while preserving code syntax, units and coordinate conventions.

Build a small drawing from the explanation, then describe its behavior in your own words. That checks understanding more effectively than copying a translated paragraph. Keep a glossary of technical terms beside your experiment.
